Run, Lydia, Run!

Okay maybe not run but a brisk walk?! But that doesn't have the same flow! Brisk walk, Lydia, Brisk walk...yeah not so much!
So I got this BRILLIANT idea from one of my fellow twitter/weight watcher buddies @carbaholicmama!
I'm going to post the races that I want to complete this year! And all my SC readers if you want to join me, you know where I'll be! :)

Cooper River Bridge Run 2012 - Saturday, March 31, 2012
Charleston Krispy Kreme Donut Run - April 2012 (I get to eat DOUGHNUTS!!) :)
Super Hero 5K - September 2012 (I get to dress up in a costume for this one...heck yes!) :)
Komen Lowcountry Race for the Cure - October 2012

Then I really REALLY R -E-A-L-L-Y want to do this one in February 2013
Brace yourself...

***Disney's Princess Half Marathon***

YAY!!!!!! A Disney race!! Yes please!! :) Now I know you're thinking Lydia, your not a runner. And I say NOT YET! That's why I do these smaller ones and prep for the one I REALLY want to do next year! All I have to do for that one is keep a 16 minute pace per mile. And I'm about 20-25 minute a mile. I'm SOOOOO close! I know I can do this with the weight loss and the training. I go this. Princess Half Marathon your mine next year! :)

  1. Woowoo! I think the Princess Half would be soooo fun! Plenty of time to train and get our times down. :)
